We will setup the SES bounces and complaints to go to an SNS topic. Then subscribe  to SQS queue . We shall also process messages off the queue by the bouncing mails from the mailing list. It’s also worth noting that our list is double opt-in this will help in keeping off invalid users. Additionally, for non-engagers they shall be removed from our list For complaint start connecting my domain for all postmasters for tracking complaint rate. We will also set up an admin panel to review bounces/complaints from the database where we shall track and flag our recipients/mails.. We will also keep an easy-to-spot opt-out link in every bulk mail, and use the list-unsubscribe header for easy integration with ISPs. We shall also never mix our subscriber lists.
