To warm up an SMTP server manually, one needs to gradually increase the volume of emails you send over several days and weeks following a schedule. Ideally, one also needs to generate a high level of engagement (openings, replies, marking emails as important, removing spam, etc). Nonetheless, this is not enough. We take it a notch higher where our system will interact and engage with your warmup emails. We reply to them, we mark them as important, we unmark them as spam, etc… All of this will restore your reputation and train ISPs & Mail Servers to view your emails as valid and safe.
