These Terms govern use of services provided by Max Alternative Inc. ("Max Alternative", "we", "us", or "our"), including BoldSMS, EmailBelt, Temporarify, and Draft44.
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable service terms, documentation, and agreements.
Customers are responsible for information and content they submit or transmit through our services and for ensuring that their use complies with applicable laws, permissions, privacy requirements, anti-spam rules, messaging requirements, and third-party rights.
You may not use our services for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious code, infringement of rights, or communications that violate applicable laws or the requirements of relevant communication networks or providers.
We work to keep our services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or business operations.
Our services may interact with third-party infrastructure, networks, platforms, or providers. Their own terms and policies may apply to those services.
Except for customer-provided materials and third-party materials, Max Alternative retains rights in its websites, software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and related materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties beyond those expressly provided in a written agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Max Alternative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of applicable services after an update may be subject to the revised Terms.
